U.S.T.A. Rules to govern with exceptions. Colt Stakes subject to conditions Ohio Fair
Fund Law and Southern Valley Colt Circuit. Entrance fees will be collected on all
phone entries. Entry Fees: $20 for overnight events.
Six must enter Five to go. Money divisions: 45 - 25 - 15 - 10 - 5 percent in overnights.
All entries must be declared in before 10:00 A.M. TWO DAYS before the race with the
following information: driver's name, and owner's social security number, colors,
license, and horse starts, first, seconds, thirds, race record, money won.
The Society reserves the right to declare and or all races off on account of bad
weather or any unfavorable conditions. The right is reserved to race eliminations
and to change the order of any of these events.
The Guernsey County Agricultural Society is not responsible for accidents to
Horses, Drivers, or Grooms on track or Fairgrounds.
