CAMPER RULES:
Directors in charge: Anderson, Wycoff, McCulloch, Adams, Lowry.
1. Space price does NOT include festival entry.
Everyone staying in campers must have and hold a ticket for the festival.
2. Before any camper is parked, the occupants must have a camping permit and contact a director in charge of camping.
Camping permits must be visible from outside of trailer.
3. All fire lanes must be kept open at all times.
4. All trash is to be placed in the proper containers.
No sewer or gray water permitted to be discharged onto the ground.
5. Electric cords used on campers must be #14 wire for 50 ft. or less, #12 wire for anything over 50 ft.
6. Trailers must be parked tongue out. Motor homes with motor out. (By fire Marchall Orders).
7. The above rules will be enforced by the Guernsey County Agricultural Society.
The Society reserves the right to cancel, reject, or refuse any persons or campers and will not be held responsible for accidents of any sort.
8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Campers agree to defend, pay in behalf of,
and hold harmless the Guernsey County Agricultural Society against any and all claims,
demands, suits, losses, including all costs connected therewith, for any damage which may be asserted,
claimed recovered against or from the Guernsey County Agricultural Society, its elected and
appointed officials, employees, volunteers or all others working in behalf of the
Guernsey County Agricultural Society, by reason of personal injury, including bodily injury and death;
and/or property damage, including loss of use thereof, which arises out of the alleged negligence of
the Guernsey County Agricultural Society or the undersigned and is in any way connected or associated with this contract.THOSE WHAT DO NOT COOPERATE WITH THE ABOVE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER'S COST.All entrants must read and sign the following:
It is understood and agreed that the Guernsey County Fair, it's officials and Agents
shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or animals which is
caused directly or indirectly by any one for any reason. The undersigned also agrees
to hold harmless the Guernsey County Fair and the Town of Old Washington,
Ohio for any expenses or liabilities, including attorney fees.
